Bunnamore, a leading company in the food and beverage industry, is currently hiring for several key positions. We are proud to be the exclusive franchisee of Illycaffè in Ethiopia, with two successful stores in Addis Ababa. We are now expanding our footprint with a third location at the Ethiopian Airlines airport, furthering our commitment to providing premium coffee and an exceptional customer experience.
 

Responsibilities and Duties

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain accurate inventory records for all goods in the store
• Receive, inspect, and store incoming stock, ensuring quality and quantity match orders
• Issue materials and products as per requisition, ensuring proper documentation
• Conduct regular stock checks and assist in stock audits
• Ensure proper storage and organization of stock items to minimize damage and loss
• Coordinate with the purchasing department to track inventory levels and reorder supplies as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the storage area
• Prepare and maintain reports on stock levels, inventory movements, and discrepancies

Qualifications:

• Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in inventory management or a store-keeping role
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency in using inventory management systems (CNET & IDS) or basic computer software
