CCMS, a USA-based company, is expanding and opening a new office in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia! We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Python Developer to join our AI team. This is a long-term opportunity, and we are hiring ASAP!

? About the Role:

As a Senior Python Developer, you will work closely with developers in the USA and other countries to build and enhance AI-driven solutions. You will play a key role in our AI team, helping develop and optimize machine learning models, AI applications, and scalable backend systems.

• ? Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia (New Office)

• ? Start Date: Immediate (ASAP)

• ? Salary: Negotiable, based on experience

? Job Requirements:

• ✅6+ years of experience in Python development

• ✅ Knowledge of AI modeling and machine learning

• ✅ Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-Learn

• ✅ Expertise in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation

• ✅ Knowledge of MySQL or PostgreSQL Database

• ✅ Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and system integrations

• ✅ Ability to collaborate with an international team across different time zones

• ✅ Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

• ✅ Must have a degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or equivalent experience

• ✅ Ability to bring new ideas and innovations to improve AI and Python-based solutions

• ⭐ AWS experience is a PLUS and will be highly valued!
