Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Work closely with director on the end to end process of a bid.Â
-
Identify resources, assign workloads and manage schedules to ensure timely deliveries.
-
Closely follow up on the entire bid proposal response
-
Own and exceed annual cybersecurity sales targets across enterprise and public sector accounts.
-
Build and manage a high-performance pipeline of cybersecurity opportunities (endpoint, network, cloud, IAM, SOC, SIEM/SOAR, etc.).Â
-
Develop account penetration strategies and lead RFP responses with a cybersecurity focus.
-
Manage vendor relationships (e.g., IBM Security, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Microsoft Security, Check Point, etc.) and coordinate go-to-market strategies.
-
Translate business and technical requirements into secure architecture blueprints.
-
Create tailored solution presentations, technical proposals, and scopes of work.
-
Do frequent customer meetings on new business opportunities in partnership with VendorsÂ
-
Register the business opportunities with Solution vendorsÂ
-
Attend contract negotiationsÂ
-
Responsible on ordering process with Vendors/Distributors and monitor the process until successful delivery to the customerÂ
-
Monitor contract deliveries and present a weekly delivery status report to department DirectorÂ
-
Monitor the import and logistics process for the successful delivery of contractsÂ
-
Evaluating the division’s performance and identifying areas of improvement.
-
Providing technical direction and professional support to division personnel.
-
Ensuring that staff members comply with the policies and procedures of the division.
-
Assisting with employee recruitment, as well as overseeing the onboarding process and training of new division staff members.
-
Reviewing office operations and reporting any issues to senior management.
-
Working with the HR department to handle all inter-division disputes and conflicts.
-
Resolve business issues and ensure that all escalated issues are closed.
-
Address business inquiries from customers and team members in a professional manner.
-
Identify skill gaps and provide appropriate trainings to team.
-
Provide guidance to team members and monitor their performance, discipline and attendance on regular basis.
-
Identify areas of improvements and concerns and accordingly develop action plans.
-
Prepare a sales forecast pipeline and present a weekly report.Â
-
Prepare Vendor certification plan and assign resources to get ready and being certified.

Educational Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, IT and related fields. Â

6-7 years relevant experience out of which Minimum 2 years of direct experience in cybersecurity solution sales and presales roles.
Required Skills & Competencies:

Proven track record in achieving sales targets and leading technical solutioning.
-
Strong knowledge of cybersecurity technologies: firewalls, XDR/EDR, IAM, SIEM, DLP, ZTNA, CASB, SASE, PKI, etc.

Hands-on familiarity with vendors like IBM Security, Cisco, Fortinet, Microsoft Sentinel, Palo Alto, CrowdStrike, Splunk, etc. High levels of attention to detail

Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.

Leadership and The Ability to Take Initiative.
