Scope of work: GODER WOIN TRADING PLC likes to hire an operation, marketing and business development manager for carrying out marketing, production and administrative functions He/she will be responsible to enhance that marketing and operational performance of our company.

6.1 Marketing and business development function
Marketing
- Create marketing budgets and plans
- Â Develop marketing materials like posters, flyers, and newsletters
- Manage the production of marketing materials
- Help develop social media strategies
- Place advertisements in traditional and online media
- Organize and attend events
- Conduct market research
Business development
- Maintain relationship with current clients
- Â Identify potential clients
- Develop new sales areas
- Research the business industry
- Forge new partnerships
- Identify potential market opportunities
- Foster client relation ships
- Negotiate deals
- Address client concerns
- Ensure client satisfaction
Operating and administration function
- Budget management: preparing and managing budgets for a department or the entire organization
- Staff management: Recruiting, training, and supervising staff
- Â Compliance: Ensuring compliance with all business laws and regulations
- Problem solving: Researching, analyzing and solving problems To improve processes and customer service
- Leadership: Delegating tasks, motivating teams, and providing solutions to conflicts
- Â Operational excellence: Overseeing and implementing operational systems and infrastructure

 Education and Qualifications:Â
- MBA/BA degree in business Management, Marketing, Accounting and Finance, Economics and related fieldÂ
- minimum 5 years for Masters Degree and 7 years for BA degree related experience.
