- Planning, organizing, and controlling the activities and actions of the HR unit.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, determine selection criteria based on the nature of the job. Source potential candidates through different online channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks). Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.
- Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using the applicantโs tracking system. Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each positionโs requirements together with hiring manager.
- ย Manage and update employees HR master data both in hard and soft copy through applicable HRIS,
- Liaise with Finance team on monthly payroll input delivery, HR movement (joiners, leavers, promotion, retirement etc)
- ย manage leaves of employees, record annual leave balance on both hard and soft copy.
- Support compensation and benefit revision as required.
- Perform employee relation activities for the requests that come from the staff.
- Design and delivery a range of learning experiences, either through internal resources or external learning providers that develops the leadership, behavioral and technical skills of Holland -dairy.
- Take the lead for staff engagement and communication of key HR initiatives.
- Perform other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor.
- Manage staffing, succession planning, and associated programs and processes.
- Manage and lead performance management systems.
- Advise, challenge and support the management on HR and related matters.
- Ability to deliver high-quality work under deadline.
- BA Degree in Business Management /Administrative Service Management
- Certification in Talent Management or any other areas of HR fields is an advantage
