St Luke Hospital is a non-profit organization operating under a public-private partnership scheme. It is located in Wolisso town, South West Shoa Zone, Oromia Regional State, Ethiopia, approximately 114 km away from Addis Ababa. The hospital is dedicated to providing high-quality medical care to the community and is committed to excellence in healthcare services.

Job Description:

  • Provide general medical care to patients in outpatient and inpatient settings.

  • Diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions.

  • Perform medical examinations, prescribe medications, and administer treatments.

  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

  • Participate in medical rounds and case discussions.

  • Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.

  • Adhere to hospital policies and procedures, including infection control and patient safety protocols.

  • Participate in continuing medical education and professional development activities.

Contract Duration: 1 year with possible extensionΒ 

Salary: As per hospital salary scale

Required Qualifications:

  • Medical degree from a recognized institution.

  • Valid medical license to practice in Ethiopia.

  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a General Practitioner.

  • Strong clinical skills and the ability to diagnose and manage a variety of medical conditions.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.

  • Commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
