Waitress – Bar & Restaurant

The Chill Spot Bar and Restaurant is seeking energetic, well-mannered, and experienced Waitresses to join our dynamic team. We are hiring for both the Bar and Restaurant areas, with placements based on individual experience and strengths. This is a great opportunity to work in a lively, customer-focused environment where quality service is our top priority.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with a warm and friendly attitude
• Take food and beverage orders efficiently and accurately
• Serve food and drinks with attention to presentation and customer satisfaction
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the work area
• Provide attentive service and handle customer inquiries or complaints professionally
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations
• Process payments and issue bills using POS systems

• Previous experience as a waitress, preferably in a bar or Indian restaurant
• Energetic and presentable with excellent grooming standards
• Polite, well-mannered, and customer-service oriented
• Good communication skills and a friendly personality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods
• Flexibility with working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Indian cuisine (for restaurant placements)
