The Technical Sales Engineer (Pre-sales Engineer) will bridge the gap between the technical aspects of the product and the sales team. You will be responsible for presenting products to clients, ensuring they understand the full capabilities and benefits. Your role is crucial in converting technical inquiries into sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer technical needs and provide suitable solutions.

• Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products and services to prospective clients.

• Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical support during the sales process.

• Work with engineering teams to address customer feedback and tailor products accordingly.

• Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products and services.

• Assist in the development of sales strategies and proposals.

• Travel to customer sites to meet clients and provide technical expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, preferably Technical experience in Date Coders(printers), like Markem Imaje, Videojet, Domino, etc

• At least 3 years of Technical experience in Date Coders(printers), like Markem Imaje, Videojet, Domino, etc

• Proven experience as a Technical Sales Engineer or similar role.

• In-depth understanding of technical products and services.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.

• Ability to work collaboratively with various teams.

• Willingness to travel as needed.
