Software Solution Architect (SA)
Job Responsibilities
1. Collect, analyze, and transfer requirements to R&D, and design and lead the implementation of end-to-end solutions.
2. Output the solution design document FRS to determine the requirement delivery boundary, scope, and workload.
3. Manage version delivery, trace test problem solutions, and responsible for end-to-end integration solutions.
Required Skills
1. Clear logical thinking, strong initiative and learning ability, and good ability to withstand pressure, communication, and continuous work
1. Be able to analyze product delivery requirements and design solutions.
2. Have experience in managing versions & integrations and familiar with the project management process and software quality management.
3. Good communication, coordination, teamwork skills, excellent problem discovery, analysis, and problem-re-solving skills, strong sense of responsibility and proactive work attitude.
4. Have good technical management capabilities. Be able to make end-to-end technical planning for the project team, and organize the project team to identify, manage, and close technical risks.
5. Knowledge of Mobile Money, payment and finance products and Chinese language is preferred.
