Salary: As per the Organization Scale

Major Responsibilities

•  Guide and coordinate the Children Support Program including the income generating activities of the targeted mothers. 

• Develop plans on time, work with the beneficiaries of the program, ensure timely implementation.

• Ensure project activities and children are followed, monitored and supported based on their needs. 

• Ensure appropriate data are captured, compiled and reported as per the needs of the organization and the donor.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor degree in Sociology/Social work, Health, Psychology, Community Development, Education /English Literature and other related fields.

• A minimum of 2-year, or 2 – 5 years relevant experience, preferably worked in NGO

• Basic Computer skill including working on Excel and typing in Amharic.
