Job Description 

We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional skills in user interface design and user experience research. You will be responsible for shaping the visual and interactive elements of our digital platforms, working closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver seamless and impactful user experiences. 

Main Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Lead the end-to-end UI/UX design process from concept to final implementation. 
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather user feedback to inform design decisions. 
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups aligned with business goals and user needs. 
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure design feasibility and quality execution. 
  • Advocate for user-centered design principles across the organization. 
  • Maintain design consistency by creating and managing design systems and style guides. 
  • Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design practices. 
  • Mentor junior designers and contribute to team knowledge sharing. 
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in UI/UX design with demonstrated senior-level responsibilities. 
  • Proven experience designing for complex web and mobile applications. 
  • Deep understanding of UI/UX principles, methodologies, and best practices. 
  • Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions across web and mobile platforms. 
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD). 
  • Experience conducting user research and usability testing. 
  • Ability to translate complex concepts into simple, intuitive designs.
