Senior sales and Marketing officer for Delivery Service Platform

Key Responsibilities:

•    Market research:

Analysing market trends, competitor landscape, and customer demographics to inform marketing strategies. 

•    Content creation:

Developing marketing materials like website content, blog posts, social media posts, email campaigns, and brochures to attract potential customers. 

•    Campaign management:

Designing and executing marketing campaigns across various channels like email, social media, paid advertising, and events. 

•    Brand management:

Maintaining a consistent brand image across all marketing materials and communications. 

•    Lead generation:

Identifying and qualifying potential customers through various marketing activities to create a sales pipeline. 

•    Analytics and reporting:

Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign effectiveness and make data-driven adjustments. 
Sales aspects:

•    Prospecting:

Identifying and reaching out to potential clients through cold calling, networking, and lead outreach. 

•    Customer relationship building:

•    Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with clients through communication and personalized service. 

•    Product demonstrations:

Presenting product features and benefits to potential customers, addressing concerns, and tailoring presentations to individual needs. 

•    Sales presentations:

Delivering compelling sales pitches to close deals and convert leads into paying customers. 

•    Sales cycle management:

Managing the sales process from initial contact to closing a sale, including follow-ups and overcoming objections. 

•    Sales forecasting and reporting:

Analyzing sales data to predict future sales trends and identify areas for improvement.

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Senior sales and Marketing officer to join our team on a full-time basis
 

Qualifications:

• First degree in Marketing Management, Accounting or social science field is preferred. 

• 1 year and above of experience is preferred.

• Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills

• Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer behavior

• Persuasive selling techniques

• Data analysis and reporting abilities

• Creativity and problem-solving skills

• Relationship building and networking capabilities
