Senior Monitoring & Evaluation Officer

Develop annual corporate plans and scorecards in alignment with the five-year corporate strategic objectives in collaboration with sectors, divisions, and departments, and assure proper quarterly and monthly distribution of annual plans; develop resource requirement and allocation plans (budgeting) for the developed plans and make necessary adjustments in accordance to current circumstances.

N.B. 

Skills in usage of spreadsheet solutions will be advantageous.

Education

• MSC, MA, BA, BSC in Economics, Management, Statistics, Business Administration, or related fields.

Experience Requirement 

• A Minimum of 5 Years relevant experience in a Banking industry of which 2 years as Monitoring and Evaluation Officer or related position.
