Job Responsibility and Duties:

  1. Going through each line Early morning and make sure all lines are running smoothly.

  2. Daily line-wise checking of the work being started and ending on time, including breakfast and lunch breaks, is closely monitored. 
  3. Follow up on a daily basis for finishing forecast on-time 
  4. Hourly checking of the lines and making sure they are not facing input delay or other issues that stop the production process, and discussing with the relevant team if the line is stopped under any circumstance. 

  5. Monitoring the daily performance of the lines and keeping separate follow-up records for further analysis and to propose a corrective improvement action plan.

  6. Closely monitor the first, second, and last hour production output; closely monitor employees activity and work on improvement of these hours’ production on a daily basis.

  7. Monitoring the absenteeism and LTO percentage of the section closely and achieving below 4%.

  8. Monitoring carder fulfilment of each line and preplan for any kind of resign employees’ replacement.

  9. Marketing the best line of the week and the best line of the month

  10. Monitoring and driving the motivational activities daily with different creative programs every week.

  11. Identify the low-performing areas and work with the relevant IE team to improve the line’s capacity and get the required result in a very short period of time.

  12. Preparing a summary report of the daily and weekly activities twice every month.

  13. Follow up closely on a daily basis with lines who are having shipment priority so as to complete their goals on the assigned date. 

  14. Monitor closely the proper utilization of production floor daily overtime (OT) or Sunday additional OT.

  15. Coordinate and make sure to arrange transport for additional overtime work.

  16. Manage any kind of production floor disciplinary inquiries properly and take the necessary action.

  17. Ensure health and safety, cleanliness procedures are maintained at all times, and any behaviors of subordinates that could affect the H&S risks are necessary.

  • Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management, Management, Business Administration and other related fields
  • 4-year experience/ 6 years’ direct relevant experience 
  • Excellent command of communication in English and Computer Literacy
  • Ability of leadership and overall professional knowledge in HR-related activities.
  • Candidates with production floor management experience would be advantageous.
