Senior Data Science Officer

A dynamic and experienced Senior Data Science Officer will join Ethswitch and Assist our Micro-lending Platform Development Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing data-driven solutions that drive our micro-lending business forward.
 

Key Responsibilities:
 

• Data Analysis and Modelling: Leverage your deep understanding of statistics and predictive modelling to analyse large datasets, and create and implement sophisticated mathematical models that will help us to make data-driven decisions.
   
• Algorithm Development: Develop and implement machine learning algorithms to optimize our micro-lending platform. This includes designing and developing predictive models and algorithms to enhance the decision-making capabilities of our platform.
   
• Data Strategy: Collaborate with other teams across the business to identify opportunities for leveraging EthSwitch’s data to drive business growth and efficiency.
   
• Data Visualization and Reporting: Develop and implement data visualisation tools and reports to communicate data insights to non-technical team members and stakeholders.
   
• Leadership: Mentor junior data scientists and other team members, and lead data science projects from start to finish. (If Necessarily)

• BSC/MSc in Data Science or Data Analytics or related fields of studies 
• 6/4 years of relevant work experience out of which 2 years in professional positions
• Ethical competence and certifications are advantages or competency in Python programming
