Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative with a strong educational background in Computer Science, Marketing Management, or Mathematics, and at least 3 years of proven experience in sales and marketing within the technology and software industry. The ideal candidate will have the ability to identify opportunities, build relationships, and drive revenue growth while effectively communicating the value of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales and Client Acquisition:

    • Identify and target potential clients in the technology and software sectors.

    • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and consultations to address client needs.

    • Close sales and meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

  2. Market Research and Strategy:

    • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities.

    • Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets.

  3. Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and feedback.

    • Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

  4. Collaboration and Reporting:

    • Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to align sales strategies with product offerings.

    • Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and analysis to management.

  5. Product Knowledge:

    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s products, services, and industry developments.

    • Effectively communicate product features and benefits to clients.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Marketing Management, Mathematics, or a related field.

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, specifically in the technology and software industry.

  • Skills:

    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

    • Data analysis software experience (powerBi/tablue)

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

    • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.

    • Knowledge of technology and software solutions is highly desirable.
