The Sales Operations Officer plays a critical role in evaluating sales efficiency, identifying performance trends, and providing actionable insights to drive sales growth. This role involves monitoring key sales metrics, analyzing data to optimize decision-making, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance sales strategies. The analyst ensures that sales teams have the necessary data and insights to improve execution and achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Performance Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze sales performance at individual, team, and territory levels to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain sales dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Generate monthly and quarterly sales reports for leadership teams.
- Organize and deliver webinars to upskill the sales team on performance tools and analytics.
- Monthly and Yearly Product based target setting for the Sales Team
- Utilize CRM and sales tracking systems (e.g., ERP, C4C) to streamline reporting and analysis.
- Database management by ensuring sales data accuracy and integrity on CRM.
- Work with IT and data teams to improve reporting automation and dashboard visualization.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelorβs degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Strong communication and presentation skills for stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with other departments.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office.
