Sales & Marketing Manager

Deluxe properties are engaged in the Real Estate Business. Our Company is seeking eligible and qualified applicants for the position listed below. 

Main Responsibility & Duties

• Prepare plans and work schedules for market research activities and implements same or coordinates their implementation when approved.

• Collects, compiles and analyzes market data and information on a regular basis.

• Identifies, analyzes and exploits marketing opportunities to fulfill the company’s mission and objectives.

• Segments and select target markets develop marketing strategy and designs supporting marketing management systems for planning and controlling information.

• Registers customer complaints and submits to General Manager and provides response to the customer on time.

• Develop marketing strategies suitable for the company.

• To see through that the marketing strategies are being implemented.

• Monitor over all the sales of the company.

• Ensure that all company day to day activities are based on the company Sales manual and procedure and make sure that are followed by all departments and employees

• Collect Customer Feedback, analysis and propose the way to improve Services Quality.

• Respond Customer Call and Reply Customer inquire on timely. 

• Evaluate the performance of employees under his/ her supervision.

Job Requirements

Educational Qualification: – MBA/BA Degree in Marketing Management, Business Management and Other Related Field of study.

Work Experiences: – 8/10 years and above, from these at least 3 years in sales and marketing department Manager of a real estate company.

Technical Competency  

• Track record in managing business organization preferably in Real estate industry

• Excellent knowledge of strategic analysis and planning

• English Language Proficiency 

• Computer skill 

• CRM System exposure and understanding
