Sales Manager

Job Summary:

As a Sales Manager at SantimPay, you will lead the sales team in driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence. You will develop and implement sales strategies, manage key client relationships, and ensure that sales targets are met or exceeded. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve company goals and revenue targets.
• Manage and mentor the sales team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including potential clients and partnerships in the FinTech industry.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to senior management.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales initiatives with overall business objectives.
• Conduct regular sales meetings to review performance, share best practices, and motivate the team.
• Oversee the development and execution of sales proposals, contracts, and negotiations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role within the FinTech or financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of financial products, services, and market dynamics.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in managing a sales team in a FinTech context.
• Knowledge of payment processing and digital financial solutions.
