We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Employee to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, maintaining existing client relationships, and meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell products/services to customers

Identify and contact potential clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals

Provide accurate information about products, pricing, and services

Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business

Prepare and deliver presentations to customers

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Record and report sales activities and results

Collaborate with the marketing team for promotions and campaigns

Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activities

Qualifications:

2-3Β Yearsβ experience in sales or a related field

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to negotiate and close deals

Goal-oriented with a strong work ethic

Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, CRM software is a plus)

Diploma or Bachelor Degree (MBA is an advantage)
