Purpose of the job: Â
Enabling the commercial community to develop and grow talent to achieve the company objectives, providing specialist inputs and consulting to support commercial effectiveness, building sales community capabilities and competencies, supporting the facilitation and recruitment of great talent, supporting and implementing the sales way with tools templates and processes, develop partnerships with internal and external players.
Key Responsibilities:
- SALES EXECUTION STANDARDS ARE DEVELOPEDÂ
- IDENTIFY AND IMPLEMENT SALES KPI’SÂ
- SET UP/ EXECUTE SALES BUDGET PARAMETERS
- SUPPORT SALES COACHING AND CAP ASSESSMENTÂ
- MANAGE CAP REVIEWSÂ
- IMPLEMENT SALES TRAININGÂ
- IDENTIFY SALES POTENTIALÂ
- OPTIMISE SALES SYSTEMSÂ
- AUDIT SALES SYSTEMS AND PROCESSESÂ
- AUDIT SALES PERFORMANCEÂ
- REVIEW CAP PROCESSÂ
- DEVELOPMENT OF SUPPORT EMPLOYEESÂ
- ENSURE A HEALTHY INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS CLIMATEÂ
- MANAGE AND APPLY PERSONNEL PROCESSESÂ
- MANAGE OWN PERFORMANCEÂ
- MANAGE PERFORMANCE OF DIRECT REPORTSÂ
- COMMUNICATE EFFECTIVELY IN THE WORKPLACEÂ
Education
- MA Degree or BA Degree in Marketing and Sales or Monument or Business Administration or related fields.
Experience
- 6 Years of Work Experience for MA Degree or 8 Years of Work Experience for BA in Sales development or  Conducting effective Sales presentations, and contributing to the growth of the Sales pipeline for the Company or in related activities out of which 2 Years of Work Experience in Managerial position.Â
