Purpose of the job:  

Enabling the commercial community to develop and grow talent to achieve the company objectives, providing specialist inputs and consulting to support commercial effectiveness, building sales community capabilities and competencies, supporting the facilitation and recruitment of great talent, supporting and implementing the sales way with tools templates and processes, develop partnerships with internal and external players.

Key Responsibilities:

  • SALES EXECUTION STANDARDS ARE DEVELOPED 
  • IDENTIFY AND IMPLEMENT SALES KPI’S 
  • SET UP/ EXECUTE SALES BUDGET PARAMETERS
  • SUPPORT SALES COACHING AND CAP ASSESSMENT 
  • MANAGE CAP REVIEWS 
  • IMPLEMENT SALES TRAINING 
  • IDENTIFY SALES POTENTIAL 
  • OPTIMISE SALES SYSTEMS 
  • AUDIT SALES SYSTEMS AND PROCESSES 
  • AUDIT SALES PERFORMANCE 
  • REVIEW CAP PROCESS 
  • DEVELOPMENT OF SUPPORT EMPLOYEES 
  • ENSURE A HEALTHY INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS CLIMATE 
  • MANAGE AND APPLY PERSONNEL PROCESSES 
  • MANAGE OWN PERFORMANCE 
  • MANAGE PERFORMANCE OF DIRECT REPORTS 
  • COMMUNICATE EFFECTIVELY IN THE WORKPLACE 

Education

  • MA Degree or BA Degree in Marketing and Sales or Monument or Business Administration or related fields.

Experience

  • 6 Years of Work Experience for MA Degree or 8 Years of Work Experience for BA in Sales development or  Conducting effective Sales presentations, and contributing to the growth of the Sales pipeline for the Company or in related activities out of which 2 Years of Work Experience in Managerial position.
