Construction, Specialized Foundation & Supplier of Ready Mix Concrete Our Company is Seeking eligible and Qualified applicants for the position listed below.Â
Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare Monthly route planning and Route driving to explore projects sites to onboard potential customers
- Project spot visits, communicate about project detail information, fill Important CRM data,
- Pitching stakeholders (owners, contractors and consultants) and handling objections to convert lead in to buying customer
- Perform sales close by pushing key account deposit to process sales
- Handel Existing customer issues & discussion with SMM for tailored solutions
- List & Identify qualified key accounts with key account team & SMM
- Outreach key accounts in person, cold calling or cold mail to assess product demand, building relationships and or book meetings for pitching
- Demonstrate on pitching meetings, present portfolio & handling objection to convert lead in to buying customer.
- Onboard key account by making sure that Performa is delivered & agreement signed
- Lead Generation- Identify and qualify leads through market research, referrals, and follow- ups.
- Outreach key accounts in person, cold calling or cold mail to assess product demand, building relationships and or book meetings for pitching
- Onboard key account by making sure that Performa is delivered & agreement signed
- Monitors competitor products, sales and marketing activities.
- Establishes and maintains relationships with leads and Customers to leverages sales and brand reputation.
- Meets with key clients, maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals.
- Target Achievement – Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
Required-5
Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Management and Civil Engineering or Related Fields
Work Experience:
- Above More than 1 years of experience in a Sales Representative in FMCG industry construction or building materials sector.
SkillsÂ
- Networking, hospitality, customer handling
- Business knowhow Comprehensive knowledge of promotional strategies, Negotiation skill
- Good interpersonal and communication skill
- Driving License is Preferred and Advantageous
