●Collaborate with the sales leadership team to develop and implement sales strategies.

 ● Provide input on sales forecasts and targets.

 ● Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and challenges.

 ● Identify and develop Agent based sales and market development opportunities.

 ● Contribute to the development of sales materials and tools. 

● Review and optimise the effectiveness and efficiency of the Agent recruitment, development and management processes.

 ● Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-calibre sales agents.

 ● Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to select qualified candidates.

 ● Design and deliver comprehensive on boarding programs to ensure new agents are fully integrated and prepared for success. 

● Execute sales Agent Network development programs monitor their effectiveness, making adjustments as needed.

 ● Build and maintain strong relationships with sales agents, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.

 ● Act as a point of contact for agent inquiries and provide timely and effective support. 

● Address and resolve agent concerns and issues promptly. 

● Facilitate communication between agents and other departments within the company.

● Implement strategies to enhance Agent retention and loyalty.

 ● Develop and deliver engaging and effective training programs on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies.

 ● Stay updated on industry best practices and incorporate them into training materials. 

● Establish clear performance metrics and targets for sales agents.

 ● Monitor agent performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.

 ● Conduct performance reviews and implement performance improvement plans as needed. 

● Implement incentive programs to motivate and reward high-performing agents.

 ● Analyse sales data and identify trends to optimise agent performance.

 ● Ensure sales agents comply with all company policies and procedures. 

● Maintain accurate records of agent performance, training, and activities.

 ● Manage agent contracts and agreements. 

● Generate regular reports for upper management on sales agent performance.

Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management or related fields of study with a minimum of six (6) years of demonstrated experience, with at least four (3) years in a managerial role, preferably in the real estate industry. OR Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management or related fields of study with a minimum of eight (8) years of demonstrated experience, with at least four (4) years in a managerial role, preferably in the real estate industry.
