Job Summary

The Motor Cycle Driver is responsible for activities that should work with motor cycles and the driver is responsible for collecting different small amounts of proforma documents, messengers, transporting documents from one place to another.

Duties & responsibilities

• The driver receives all related documents from each office at early of morning and transport to the respected offices and places.
• Schedule his /her/ program according to the sensitivity of the case.
• Handle safely & properly the evidence of the case.
• At least every week report about his /her/ activity to his /her/ supervisor.
• Submits monthly, quarterly, semiannually & yearly reports to his/her immediate supervisor.
• Checks that the required purchasing procedures are complete such as purchase requisition, purchase order etc
• Sets in collaboration with others, criteria & procedures needed to establish an approved suppliers list.
• Handles procurement matters with local suppliers.
• Transporting documents & messages. 
• Responsible for all documentation & reporting related to the vehicle under his/her care 
• Responsible to ensure that all safety & security issues are properly managed in line with the company 
• Responsible for tools, Equipment& documentation in the vehicle 
• Facility annual vehicle inspection & facility & follow up vehicle maintenance & repairs and ensure that the  vehicles he drive is kept clean & get periodic lubricant at the right time 
• Responsible to drive motor cycle and other light & four wheel drive vehicles 
• Performs all other related duties assigned by immediate supervisor
