Provide technical guidance; ensure that gender perspectives are meaningfully incorporated into program design, implementation, and monitoring. Represent DEC on  Gender and inclusion-related concerns in the program; Advocate for gender equality and inclusion within program implementation

The Planning, Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning coordinator participates in the planning, coordination, monitoring, evaluation, and reporting activities of Programs/Projects. She/he designs and participates in all PMEL-related activities, mobilizes resources, initiates and checks the implementations of programs/projects, and fosters collaborations to attain the organization’s mission and objectives.

Roles and responsibilities 

  • Work to provide leadership, oversight, and coordination for the PMEL unit,

  • Plan assessment and Research activities of DEC programs and projects with a clear methodology that supports the efficient implementation and achievement of goals.

  • Preparing and timely submitting all project-related reports and documents.

  • Support Program teams to provide timely and quality reporting to inform the management team

  • Design surveys and other data collection tools to gather data internally

  • Coordinate regular meetings with PMEL contacts;

  • Perform additional activities 

Age: 30 to 45

Sex: Male/ Female
 

NGO/CSO Experience

  • At least 7 years

Qualification   BA/MA:

  • MA/ MSc in Statistics, Social Science, Business Administration, Development Studies or related fields of study

Additional Skill

  • Good communication skills in team works and team mobilizations and partnership management;

  • Experience in facilitating assessments, best practice capturing and working With communities

  • Good report writing, use of technology application skills
