Reporting to the Director of Sales Marketing, the Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing Pyramidβ comprehensive marketing strategy to drive awareness, bookings, and revenue. This include overseeing all aspects of the resort’s digital presence, including online travel agencies(OTAs),GoogleBusiness Profile, social media platforms ,and the company website.
Key Responsibilities:Β
Digital Marketing Management

Optimize and maintain the resort’s listings on key OTAs(e.g. Expedia, Booking.com)to maximize visibility and bookings.

Manage the resort’s Google Business Profile, ensuring accurate information, positive reviews, and enhanced content.

Create and curate engaging content for the resort’s social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.).

Over see the resort’s website, promotional offers, and booking functionality.
Integrated Marketing Campaigns.

Develop and implement annual marketing plans.

Conceptualize and execute cohesive, multi-channel marketing campaigns to support sales objectives.

Coordinate with the creative team on the production of marketing assets (e.g., ads, videos, collateral).

Monitor campaign performance and website /social analytics to measure success and identify areas for improvement Reporting and Budget Management.

Track and analyze marketing metrics to provide theDirector of Sales C Marketing with regular performance updates.

Recommend data-driven strategies to optimize marketing initiatives and maximize return on investment.

Manage the marketing budget to ensure efficient and effective allocation of resource.
Qualification:Β
- 2 years & above experience in marketing management.
