Roles & responsibilities

Responsibilities including but not limited:

  • Provision of the manpower as per the requirement mentioned in this RFB document.

  • Coordination with the employer for the training and certification of provisioned manpower at a location designated by the employer/through a ToT arrangement.

  • Coordinating with the employer for getting requisite approvals for the deployment of provisioned manpower on the registration center

  • Managing all compliances related to the provisioned manpower.

Technical Qualification, Educational and Experience Requirements

  • Shall have a B. A/M.A degree in Human Resource Management or related fields. 

  • Shall have 10/8 years of experience with 6/5 working as a human resource manager, or an equivalent role.
