Import / Export Specialist

Job summary:

Shirshir Business Group is a Private Limited company engaged in diverse business sectors. We are currently looking for a competent import/export specialist for the company to provide essential support to our company regarding the import/export activities. You will play a crucial role in organizing and maintaining the tasks related to the aforementioned job.

We are looking for profiles and CVs of Import / Export Specialists that we will send to our large account customers for their future recruitment needs. As an Import / Export Specialist you will:

•  Perform all aspects of order process ;

•  Receive, review and process documentation ;

•  Support Exports customs clearance and documentation ;

•  Interface with related functional areas on export shipment matters ;

•  Track the location of the shipment ;

• Assure invoicing and billing is accurate ;

• Ensure that the shipment adheres to customs regulations ;

• Counsel organization on how to reduce duties and taxes owed.

Bachelor’s degree in international marketing, export or import trading or equivalent ;

• 5+ years Import/Export experience ;

• Strong background in importing and exporting ;

• Excellent organizational skills ;

• Strong attention to detail ;

• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.

Experience level : 2 to 5 years

 Educational level : Bachelor

Spoken language : English, fluent
