We are a new garment manufacturing facility, ready to begin operations soon. As we prepare to launch, we are building a dedicated team of professionals to support the factory setup and ongoing operations. We value quality, safety, and efficiency and are looking for skilled individuals to help bring our vision to life.

Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced HR Manager to verifiably contribute to achievement of the Factory’s business performance by providing the managerial leadership and the HR functional expertise essential to equip line managers with the HR tools and services, support needed them to attract, develop and retain engaged and competent employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. HR Development

    • Improve organizational structure, workflows, and performance measurement.

  2. Manager Support

    • Help managers attract, develop, & retain skilled employees through workforce planning, training, and benefits.

  3. Collaboration

    • Build strong relationships with managers & employees.

  4. HR & Factory KPI Alignment 

    • Track employee performance and analyze data to support factory goals.

  5. Administrative Support

    • Manage government documentation, transportation, clinic services, and fire protection.

  6. Employee Engagement

    • Ensure smooth HR interactions with employees and managers.

  7. HR Leadership

    • Guide HR teams in teamwork, performance management, development, & recognition programs.

Qualifications:

  • BSc or higher in Management or Business administration 

  • Strong knowledge and proven experience as HR Manager in garment, textile or other labor-intensive manufacturing industries 

Experience:

  • At least 10 years of experience as an HR Manager in the garment, textile, or other labor-intensive manufacturing industries.
