Job Summary:Â
Implement Company’s recruitment and selection policy, establishing a work-oriented employees, selecting and putting on board effective employees, shape the performance and development systems for all employees, designing and supporting the company talent frameworks including performance management, succession planning and workforce/human resource planning whilst guiding and managing Human Resources services for the Company.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage all recruitment needs for the company, including implementing and continually developing a robust recruitment process.

Design and implement performance based employee recognition programs.Â

Establish and maintain appropriate systems for identifying, planning, delivering and measuring learning and development.

Lead, motivate, and mentor a diverse team of professionals.Â

Foster a positive work environment and culture of continuous improvement.

Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff

Oversee daily operational work all departmentsÂ
-
Up to date knowledge of employment law.

Manage resources effectively to achieve business objectives.

Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
-
 Ensure compliance with federal  labor proclamation regulations.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA or relevant master’s degree preferred.Â

Proven experience as a HR Manager or in a similar role.Â
-
Experience in import and export, Property Management, and/or coffee processing is highly desirable.Â

Excellent leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.Â

Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with relevant industry software.
