Education and Training

  • TVET level 2 years or related field 

  • Equipped with short term trainings in human resource managements and other related skills

Key duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensures the Organization’s recruitment of the right people for the right job:  Recruiting and Staffing

  • Helps new employees get settled in to the organization: Onboarding and Orientation

  • Supports employees and mediating conflicts: employee relations

  • Helps employees learning new skills and procedures: Training and development

  • Ensures employees are performing well: Performance management

  • Manages employees remuneration and benefits: Administering Payroll and benefits

  • Keeps company policies up to date and ensuring compliance

  • Fosters a positive work environment

  • Keeps employee, manager and organization information confidential

  • Assists the human resource manager of the organization

  • Promotes effective communication

  • Conducts file audits to ensure all vital employee information

  • Manages ethical and discipline aspects of employees/Handling disciplinary needs

  • Conducts proper filing and documentation/ maintain employee records

Work Experience

  • Holds at least two and more years of work experience

  • Be able to work under pressure 

Skills

  • Very good computer skills 

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Very good problem solving skills

  • Very good planning skills
