Key duties and Responsibilities

Ensures the Organization’s recruitment of the right people for the right job: Recruiting and Staffing

Helps new employees get settled in to the organization: Onboarding and Orientation
-
Supports employees and mediating conflicts: employee relations
-
Helps employees learning new skills and procedures: Training and development
-
Ensures employees are performing well: Performance management
-
Manages employees remuneration and benefits: Administering Payroll and benefits
-
Keeps company policies up to date and ensuring compliance
-
Fosters a positive work environment

Keeps employee, manager and organization information confidential
-
Assists the human resource manager of the organization

Promotes effective communication

Conducts file audits to ensure all vital employee information

Manages ethical and discipline aspects of employees/Handling disciplinary needs

Conducts proper filing and documentation/ maintain employee records
Work Experience

Holds at least two and more years of work experience

Be able to work under pressureÂ
