Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience as an HR Manager, with a strong background in creating company structures, pay scales, job descriptions, and performance evaluations. The candidate must be knowledgeable about Ethiopian labor laws and possess excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with various departments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Company Structure & Pay Scale: Develop and implement the organizational structure and compensation frameworks.
• Job Descriptions: Create and maintain detailed job descriptions for all positions within the company.
• Performance Evaluations: Design and conduct performance evaluation processes to assess employee performance and development needs.
• Company Handbook: Edit and update the company handbook to ensure compliance with current labor laws and organizational policies.
• Labor Law Compliance: Stay updated on Ethiopian labor laws to ensure the company complies with all regulations.
• Collaboration: Work closely with different departments to identify and fulfill human resource requirements.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HR Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Ethiopian labor laws.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with integrity
