Job Summary: 

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Human Resources (HR) Manager to lead our HR initiatives and foster a positive, productive workplace culture. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing effective HR strategies, managing recruitment and employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations.

Duties:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy

• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues

• Manage the recruitment and selection process

• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital

• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.

• Nurture a positive working environment.

• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.

• Maintain pay plan and benefits program.

• Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.

Qualification and Education:

• BA /MA Degree in HRM, Management, Public Management, Business Administration or related field of study.

• At least 5+ years demonstrated experience in full-cycle HR activities /initiatives/ in private companies or similar multi-culture setting environment would be an advantage, out of which minimum 3-year experience in senior or managerial or equivalent positions.
