Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join our organization.Â
Key responsibilities:

Calendar Management:
Managing complex schedules, including appointments, meetings, and deadlines, by booking rooms, setting reminders, and coordinating with internal and external parties.Â

Travel Arrangements:
Planning and booking travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and managing necessary documentation.Â

Communication Management:
Screening phone calls, emails, and managing correspondence by prioritizing and responding appropriately, sometimes drafting emails on behalf of the executive.Â

Meeting Coordination:
Preparing agendas, distributing materials, taking minutes, and following up on action items from meetings.Â

Document Management:
Creating, editing, and organizing documents, reports, presentations, and filing systems.Â

Expense Reporting:
Processing and submitting expense reports for the executiveÂ

Liaison Role:
Acting as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, communicating information and coordinating requests. Â
- BA Degree/Diploma in Mmanagement or other related fields.
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience in a related position.
- Good time management.
- Good skill of problem solving, strategic thinking.Â
- Clear communication, strong organizational skill, ability to timely decision, excellent client-facing and internal communicational skill.
