Responsibilities:

Oversee all financial operations at the Shashemene branch.

Prepare and manage the branch budget.

Ensure accurate financial reporting and analysis.

Implement and maintain internal controls.

Monitor the effective implementation of CNET system
-
Manage cash flow and banking relationships.
-
Supervise and mentor branch finance staff.
-
Collaborate with the head office finance team.
-
Masters or at least Bachelorโs degree in Accounting or Finance.
-
7 years of experience in an accounting role at hospitality industry and a 2 yearsโ experience as manager, team leader or supervisor.

Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
-
Experience working with hospitality accounting softwareโs preferably CNET
-
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
-
Proficiency in Peachtree accounting software.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Experience: 7 years
