Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and strategic Finance Director to join our executive team. The Finance Director will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities, developing financial strategies, ensuring the financial health of the company, and supporting long-term growth and sustainability.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collects, interprets and reviews financial information including future prediction of financial trends; 
  • Reports and provides advice how the company and future business decisions might be impacted; 
  • Produces financial report related to budget, account payables and receivables, expenses and tax clearance; 
  • Develops long term business plan based on the reports in line with the project manager and other sectors; 
  • Develops strategies that work to minimize financial risk; 
  • Analyzes market trends and competitors to enhance the company’s productivity; 
  • Monitors the day-to-day financial operation within the company (payroll, invoicing, and other transaction; 
  • Supports project analysis, validation of plans and temporary financial requests
  • Manages the company’s financial accounting, monitoring and reporting system
  • Ensures the company’s compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements
  • Completes financial reports, lead the month-end closing process and conduct monthly financial forecasts
  •  Achieves a proper mix of equity and debt to minimize cost and maximize operational profit
  • Provides financial insight and analysis to derive the business performance of the company
  • Evaluates the financial performance of the company and measure returns of the company project and investment
  • Regulates the whole financial flow of the company in line with the office engineer, project manager and business development manager
  • Requests for the HR manager for additional employee when needed and report the employees’ performance under it including; and
  • Performs all activities ordered by the General Manager.
  • MA/BA degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Accounting, Economics and other related fields, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of financial management, accounting principles, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in financial software and systems, including MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
  • Experience in the construction or related industry is a plus.
