Job Description:
- Overview of the cafรฉ/restaurant, atmosphere, and any unique selling points.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and design innovative menus that align with the restaurant’s concept.

Manage kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating.

Supervise and train kitchen staff, including line cooks and kitchen assistants.
-
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
-
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
-
Collaborate with management on budgeting and cost control.
-
Maintain high standards of food hygiene and cleanliness.
-
Flexibility to work varied hours include evenings holidays and weekends as needed.

Educationย Experience:

Culinary degree or equivalent qualification.

Proven experience as a Head Chef in a similar role in a cafรฉ and restaurant for 3+

Experience in menu planning and cost control.
Skills:

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent culinary skills with a passion for food and creativity.

Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
