  • Plans, organizes, leads, directs and controls all the local sales operations of the company. 

  • Develops specific sales and customer service plans and controls its implementations to ensure that the profit maximization goal of company is met. 

  • Formulates and implements all sales policies, practices and procedures.

  • Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams.

  • Plans, coordinates, and monitors the sales targets of the company. 

  • Interprets short- and long-term effects on sales strategies in operating profit.

  • Holds regular meetings with sales & customer service staff and strongly works for their motivation.

  • Undertakes marketing audits to monitor sales performance. 

  • Supervises all sales branches and offices.

  • Manages sales contracts. 

  • Develops customer relationships strategies to attract and retain customers.

  • Evaluates the performances of the staffs in the various sales units according to company’s policy.

  • Implements the company’s customer services policies and procedures.

  • Assigns, supervises, and motivates sales & distribution staff of the company for better sales performance

  • Ensures proper collection of sales receipts from customers 

  • Builds/maintains strong distribution network through close relationship with wholesalers and retailers 

  • helps in identifying potential markets and new demand in existing markets

  • Implements customer relationships tools to attract and retain customers.

  • Generates periodic reports about its division & presents to the department director.

  • Performs other duties as assigned or required by Corporate Marketing & Sales director.

  • MA/MBA or BA Degree in Business and related fields
  • Work experience in sales in Granite, marble, terazo and calcium carbonate products is mandatory. Candidates should demonstrate strong communication skills and a proven track record of meeting sales targets. Additionally, familiarity with market trends and customer preferences in the building material products.
