Job Purpose: We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Data Analytics and Insights Specialist to support Senior Leadership in OVID Holding Corporate Office. This individual will play a critical role in providing actionable insights from multi-source data, developing advanced dashboards, and leveraging artificial intelligence to enhance decision-making. The role requires corporate finance expertise to analyze ERP and other data for strategic planning, trend analysis, and ratio analysis, ensuring informed business decisions from financial, operational, and strategic perspectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Analysis and Insight Generation
   • Analyze multi-source data streams, including ERP data, real-time video feeds, and external data inputs.
   • Extract actionable insights that inform strategic decisions and operational priorities.
   • Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities using advanced analytics and AI tools.
   • Conduct financial analysis, including ratio analysis and trend identification, to support corporate strategy.
2. Dashboard and Visualization Creation
   • Design, develop, and maintain dynamic dashboards for the smartboard interface.
   • Ensure dashboards present real-time, accurate, and relevant information for strategic projects.
   • Continuously improve visualizations based on feedback from Senior Leadership and senior management.
3. AI and Predictive Analytics
   • Implement AI-driven tools and techniques to enhance data insights and predictive analytics.
   • Collaborate with IT teams to integrate machine learning models for operational optimization.
   • Utilize AI to analyze financial data and provide forward-looking insights for strategic planning.
4. Corporate Finance and Strategic Planning Support
   • Analyze ERP and other financial data to provide insights for business planning and performance measurement.
   • Develop financial models to assess business scenarios and support strategic decision-making.
   • Work closely with finance teams to ensure data accuracy and alignment with corporate objectives.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
   • Work closely with Construction, Real Estate, and supply chain industry CEOs ERP administrators, finance teams, and other data providers.
   • Ensure seamless integration of data sources and resolve any inconsistencies or gaps.
   • Partner with project managers to align data insights with project objectives.
6. Technical Support and Training
   • Provide technical support for the smartboard system and associated tools.
   • Train key personnel on using dashboards and interpreting insights effectively

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Education:
   • Bachelor’s degree in data science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
2. Experience:
   • Minimum 5 years of experience in data analytics, corporate finance, dashboard creation, and AI-driven insights.
   • Experience working with ERP systems, financial data analysis, real-time data feeds, and large-scale projects.
3. Technical Skills:
   • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
   • Expertise in Python, R, or similar programming languages.
   • Strong understanding of AI/ML frameworks and their application in business contexts.
   • Familiarity with integrating data from diverse sources, including video feeds and IoT devices.
   • Strong background in financial analysis, corporate finance, and financial modeling.
4. Soft Skills:
   • Excellent communication skills to translate complex data into clear narratives.
   • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
   • Ability to anticipate what senior leadership team needs and proactively prepare insightful reports.
   • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
