Key Responsibilities:

Talent Development & Training Programs:

  •  Design, develop, and implement talent development programs that address skill gaps and improve employee performance.
     
  •  Develop leadership and management training programs to build future leaders.
     
  •  Oversee the Trainee Manager Program, ensuring effective curriculum design and assessment.
     
  •  Conduct training needs assessments and create customized learning plans.
     
  •  Implement training solutions through workshops, e-learning, mentorship, and other learning formats.
     
  • Collaborate with department heads to establish performance standards and evaluation systems.
     
  •  Provide guidance on setting clear performance goals and conducting performance reviews.
     
  •  Design tools to assess training effectiveness and measure progress against objectives.
     
  •  Develop strategies to improve employee engagement, motivation, and productivity.
     
  •  Identify high-potential employees and create individualized development plans.
     
  •  Develop succession planning strategies to ensure readiness for key positions.
     
  • Monitor talent pipelines and maintain accurate records of employee progress.
     
  • Recommend initiatives to retain top talent and reduce turnover.
     
  • Partner with HR and department heads to identify training needs across various functions.
     
  •  Ensure effective communication of training programs and development opportunities.
     
  • Provide coaching and mentoring support to employees as needed.
     
  • Continuously assess and enhance training methodologies to achieve desired outcomes.
     
  •  Monitor and evaluate employee performance improvement post-training 

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.
     
  •  Proven experience as a Talent Development Manager, Training Manager, or related role.
     
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
     
  • Familiarity with or hands-on experience in various hotel departments (e.g., Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, etc.
     
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
