Construction Foreman

Location: Project Sites

Basic Salary: Negotiable between ETB 30,000 – 35,000 + Project Allowance 

Quantity Required: 2 

Term of Employment: Contract 

Job Description:

• Oversee and manage daily construction activities on-site to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. 

• Supervise and coordinate the work of subcontractors, laborers, and other site personnel

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

• Monitor progress and prepare daily/weekly reports for project managers. 

• Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts that may arise during construction.

• Ensure proper use of construction materials and equipment.

• Liaise with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

Qualification: BSc or Advanced Diploma in Civil Engineering from any university from any Technical and Vocational School, College or University

Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in building construction

Language Requirement: Proficiency in Afan Oromo and Amharic
