About Us:
We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Assistant Chief Investment Officer to join our dynamic team and contribute to our continued success.
Position Overview:
The Assistant Chief Investment Officer is responsible for managing and optimizing the investment portfolios of the holding corporation. This role involves conducting comprehensive market analysis, developing strategic investment plans, evaluating potential investments, and providing recommendations. The Assistant Chief Investment Officer will also compile reports and overall operational performance management, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Investment Strategy Development:

Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

Develop and implement strategic investment plans.

Evaluate potential investments and provide recommendations.

Monitor global and regional economic trends, geopolitical factors, and market developments to refine the investment strategy.
Portfolio Analysis and Management:

Monitor and report on the performance of investments and investment portfolios.

Conduct regular portfolio reviews and recommend adjustments.

Develop financial models and forecasts.

Provide strategic guidance on portfolio diversification.

Ensure diversification of investments across industries, geographies, and asset classes to mitigate risks.
Risk Management:

Develop and implement comprehensive risk assessment frameworks to minimize potential losses and protect the corporationβs assets.

Collaborate with the risk management team to maintain regulatory compliance and safeguard against emerging risks.
Business Development:

Identify and develop new business opportunities.

Establish and maintain strategic partnerships.

Develop and implement business development strategies.

Collaborate with other departments to align business development efforts with corporate goals.

Provide regular updates on business development activities to the executive team.
Reporting and Operational Performance Management:

Compile and present detailed reports on investment performance, risk management, and operational performance.

Ensure timely and accurate reporting to the Chief Investment Officer and other stakeholders.

Oversee overall operational performance management to ensure alignment with corporate goals.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

Market Analysis Accuracy: Accuracy and relevance of market analysis reports.

Investment Returns: ROI of investment portfolios against benchmarks.

Investment Recommendations: Success rate of investment recommendations.

Portfolio Performance: Performance of investment portfolios relative to market indices.

Portfolio Adjustments: Effectiveness of portfolio adjustments in improving performance.

Financial Models: Accuracy and reliability of financial models and forecasts.

Risk Management: Effectiveness of risk mitigation strategies.

Reporting: Timeliness and accuracy of investment performance and operational performance reports.
Qualifications:

A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field is required.

A Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration (MBA), or a related field is preferred.

At least 10 years of experience in investment management, portfolio analysis, or a related field.

Proven track record of developing and implementing successful investment strategies.

Experience in conducting market analysis, evaluating investment opportunities, and managing investment portfolios.

Strong understanding of financial markets, asset allocation, and risk management principles.

Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis.

Knowledge of regulatory frameworks governing investments and financial services.

Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor cross-functional teams.
