Job Requirement
Education & Experience

Diploma/Certificate in Food Preparation, Hotel Operation, and related fields.ย

A minimum of three years of experience as a Chef de Partie at a 4- or 5-star hotel.

Supervisory experience
-
Having COC certification is an advantage
-
Excellent command of English

Excellent interpersonal skills

Capable of working in a team environment

Highly organized, able to carry out tasks independently and punctual

Excellent menu planning, cost control, and recipe preparation ability

Proactive, innovative and customer-focused

Ability to give attention to detailย

Able to work under pressureย
