Project Description   

Childhood vaccination is a cornerstone in safeguarding the health and wellbeing of our future generations. However, there exists a population of children who have not received any routine vaccines, commonly known as zero-dose children.   

The Reaching Every Child in Humanitarian Settings (REACH) With Immunization project is indeed a crucial part of the GAVI REACH initiative and implemented by CVDA in the support of lead partner, International Rescue Committee (IRC). 

CVDA implements and draw on collective strengths to reach zero-dose (ZDC) and under immunized children, using innovative community driven approaches, tailored to the specific target communities in Benshangul Gumz and Oromia regional states.

Therefore, all interested bidders may participate in this bid with due consideration of the following requirements.

Registration:

• To be registered for the provision of such and or relevant supplies and are expected to submit a renewed Business License for the current Ethiopian fiscal year.

• To be registered with the Ethiopian Customs & Tax Authority and should produce valid documentations which include VAT, TIN, and PPA registration certificate 

Bidding:

1. The bid document shall be collected from CVDA office is located around Torhayloch to Total Road Bekele Eshete building 5th floor office#504 Addis Ababa. 

2. The bidding shall be conducted through the National Competitive Bid/NCB/ procedure. 

3. All bids must be submitted to Common Vision for Development Association with properly sealed envelope.

4. Bidder must state delivery date.

5. Should present sample for items which competed to deliver.  

Notice:

1. Bid submitted by bidders which do not meet the above mentioned requirements shall be rejected without further notice.

2. CVDA demands strict adherence to deadlines and bids submitted beyond the final submission date and time will not be considered.

3. CVDA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids.

Submission of Bid: Quotes must be in English or Amharic and should be submitted to CVDA Procurement by hand with the required document to CVDA head office Kolfe keraniyo sub city Woreda 9 Bekele Eshete tower 5th floor Office number 504 which is located on ring road from Torhayloch to Total near to Minaye Building.
