Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales operations within a specific geographical area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base. This role requires a hands-on leader with strong communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit and Train Sales Representatives:
- Identify and onboard top-performing sales representatives, providing them with training and tools to succeed.
- Oversee Sales Activities:
- Supervise day-to-day sales operations, ensuring sales representatives meet or exceed targets.
- Ensure Sales Targets are Met:
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve and exceed sales goals, focusing on acquiring new group leaders.
- Manage Office Operations:
- Operate a small hub office within the assigned geographical area to support sales activities.
- Monitor Performance Metrics:
- Track and report on the performance of sales representatives, with a focus on the number of active sales leading to new group leader acquisition.
- Provide Support and Guidance:
- Offer ongoing coaching and support to the sales team to improve performance and address challenges.
