QA Engineer (Manual & Basic Automation)

Job Description;

Be the guardian of quality in our blossoming E-commerce Web Platform. As a QA Engineer, you will test features, hunt down quirky bugs, and ensure a seamless user experience from the sign-up page to the shopping cart. If you have a keen eye for detail—and a knack for gently pointing out mistakes with a positive smile—this role’s for you. 

Key Responsibilities

 ● Conduct manual testing across web frontends and backends. 

● Develop and run basic automated test scripts where beneficial

. ● Document test plans, bug reports, and follow-ups. 

● Work closely with Full Stack Devs and UX/UI Designers to maintain top-notch quality. 

● Participate in daily scrums, cracking a joke or two to keep spirits high.

Requirements

 ● Experience testing web applications (manual or basic automation).

 ● Familiarity with React/Node.js architecture is a plus. 

● Comfort with bug-tracking tools (Jira, Trello, or your personal sticky-note system). 

● Basic knowledge of database structure and queries. 

● Strong communication and collaboration skills; empathy for both devs and end-users.
