Role Summary: Responsible for leading the overall marketing strategy, brand positioning, customer acquisition, and digital presence of the company.

Reports to: CEO

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
• Oversee all marketing campaigns (online and offline).
• Lead the team including social media and sales staff.
• Analyze market trends and customer behavior to optimize engagement.
• Manage brand identity and ensure consistency across all platforms.
• Collaborate with product and tech teams to support growth initiatives.
• Prepare marketing reports and performance metrics.

• BA/BSc in Marketing, Business, or related field (MA is a plus).
• 5+ years of marketing experience; tech/logistics background preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and digital marketing skills.
