Role Summary: 
Manages and grows the company’s social media presence to enhance engagement, lead generation, and brand loyalty.

Reports to: Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and schedule engaging content for platforms like Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Monitor social media trends and analytics to optimize campaigns.
• Engage with the online community and respond to comments/messages.
• Run paid campaigns and track performance.
• Coordinate with designers and marketing team on content strategies.

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 2–3 years of proven social media management experience.
• Creative mindset with knowledge of trends and content tools (Canva, Meta Suite).
• Certificate on video-editing, graphics design, and content creation is an additional asset.
