HRNS-Ethiopia (Hanns R. Neumann Stiftung Ethiopia) is a development organization dedicated to empowering smallholder farming communities, primarily focusing on sustainable agriculture, environmental conservation, and improving livelihoods. As part of the global HRNS network, the Ethiopia office works closely with coffee farmers and other agricultural producers to enhance their productivity, market access, and resilience against climate challenges

HRNS-Ethiopia invites eligible and qualified suppliers to submit sealed bids for the supply of the following agricultural items:

Dear Suppliers,

HRNS-Ethiopia is pleased to invite your company to submit a quotation for the supply and delivery of beekeeping materials and equipment as per the list below, intended for four (4) youth groups supported by our program.

Requirements for Bidders

  • Valid business license for the supply of agricultural equipment or related goods.
  • Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) and VAT registration.
  • Proven track record in providing similar equipment or agricultural supplies.

Submission Deadline and Address

  • Submission Period: Up to May 23, 2025 (Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM)

  • Address: HRNS-Ethiopia, Bole Sub City, Woreda 6, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. On the way from Megenagna to century mall behind Ethio ceramic 200 Meter 

  • Note: Late submissions will not be considered.

  • All bids must be sealed and clearly marked with the category being bid for.

  • Each submission must include:

    • Detailed specifications of the items

    • Price offers (inclusive of all applicable taxes)

    • Delivery timeline
