Key Responsibilities
   • Leadership through practice
   • Adhere to processes while working on improvements
   • Represent the core values of our company, and ascertain it is instilled within branch staff
   • Ascertain that all managerial aspects of the branch is applied including: monitoring and reporting on sales agents attendance, appearance, presentation, and daily sales related KPIs including: daily client calls, visits, showings, site visits, closed sales
   • Maintain excellent customer experience including clean office, hospitality, availability of materials such as brochures
   • Supervise and execute monthly schedules and team targets
   • Organize and lead monthly performance reviews and encouragements including award ceremonies
   • Plan and execute regular team-building activities
   • Open and proactive communication with superiors

Compensation
Base Salary + Performance-Based Incentives

Overview

We are now looking for a seasoned, dynamic, and empathetic Branch Manager to manage one of our real estate brokerage offices. The ideal candidate is a female with a 5 years or more professional experience, preferably in sales, customer service, or real estate. This is a leadership role that blends operational excellence, team supervision, and customer satisfaction.
